Dismissed staffer held for threat call to Khemka Nov 3rd 2012, 06:12 Police on Friday night arrested a person for allegedly making a threat call to IAS officer Ashok Khemka's office on October 30. "We have arrested Umedh Singh of Gurgaon. He was dismissed from the housing board, Haryana, during Khemka's tenure as the housing board chief administrator," said assistant commissioner of police (ACP) (headquarters) Virender Sangwan.
